Shipping:
Domestic shipping (Australia): We ship Australia-wide. Standard shipping takes 2-7 business days. Express shipping is available at checkout and typically arrives within 1-3 business days. Orders are dispatched every Tuesday and Thursday.
International shipping: We ship internationally to most countries. International orders typically arrive within 4-6 weeks depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in your country are the responsibility of the receiver.
We try to ensure we are up-to-date with changes in shipping pricing and duration however, Please check Australia Post for any recent changes to their shipping times.
Order tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it on its way to you.
Returns & Exchanges:
Because our products are handcrafted in small batches and contain natural ingredients, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. If something arrives damaged, or if there's a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we'll make it right either with an exchange or store credit.
