Domestic shipping (Australia): We ship Australia-wide. Standard shipping takes 2-7 business days. and typically arrives within 1-3 business days. Orders are dispatched 1-2 days after purchase.
International shipping: We ship internationally to most countries. International orders typically arrive within 4-6 weeks depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in your country are the responsibility of the receiver.
Order tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it on its way to you.
Returns and exchanges: Because our products are handcrafted in small batches and contain natural ingredients, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. If something arrives damaged, or if there's a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we'll make it right.
We offer exchanges or store credit for items that are faulty or not as described. We don't offer refunds unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
