To brew warm, steep at 90°C for 5 minutes. To brew cold, steep 4 teaspoons per 500ml of cold water in the fridge for 2 to 4 hours. A few slices of fresh lemon or orange add a little extra brightness, and it's worth it. Store in a cool, dry place.
